The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on pagefootwear.co.uk which is part of the Insmarc Ltd group of webshops. Using this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Placing an order indicates your acceptance and the terms listed are subject to change at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

General:

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods using this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

Ordering:

Please note that any orders placed with us are subject to acceptance in accordance with our terms and conditions herewith listed. All orders placed on our web site will be acknowledged electronically by e-mail. Please note that electronic and verbal acknowledgements do not constitute order confirmation or order acceptance. Your order will be accepted and the contract between you and us will take place upon our despatch of your goods.

Accuracy of Product Information and the Description of Goods:

Product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturer's, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources. The intention of pagefootwear.co.uk is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. Actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual. Images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods.

Our aim is to provide great quality for a very competitive price and our prices are competitive to other retailers selling a similar range of Shoes and Accessories. We also indicate extra low prices and value for money in our promotions section which are subject to constant review and change. These changes can be made at anytime without prior notice on the website.

Payment and Price:

The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices or the imposition of any taxes or duties. Prices may be subject to change if the price published for the goods is wrong. In all cases we will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. From time to time our prices may be different if you are directed to our site via a third party site. We accept orders on line and by telephone.

Payment Methods:

We use online secure Protx to accept payment and accept all major credit cards. You may also pay by cheque by contacting us on the address shown although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take at least 14 days. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received.

Availability of Goods:

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Shipping:

FREE Shipping applies to orders above value £5.00 delivered to UK mainland, UK Islands and Northern Ireland. Shipping to all other European countries is £15.00 and USA and the rest of the world is £25.00. All orders are shipped 1st class City Link, UK Mail or Royal Mail recorded delivery with the exception of orders below £30. Orders shipped first class normally arrive within 4 days UK and 14 days all other destinations. However; you should allow up to 14 days for your delivery to arrive within the UK and 28 days all other destinations.

Returns:

14 Day Money-Back Guarantee ... If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of original despatch date. Providing your purchased item(s) are in their original 'unworn condition', we will refund to you the full purchase price. Please ensure that when returning your item all the packaging is in origional undamaged condition, item(s) that have damage or torn packaging, missing tags, or written on can not be refunded or exchanged.

If your order has been sent to you in error or if you find the product is faulty or damaged, we will send you the appropriate returns bags ( postage paid ) to allow you to return the product to us free of charge.

If you wish to exchange the size or colour etc of your shoe(s) we will do one exchange FREE of charge if you return it within 14 days but all additional exchanges will be charged at £2.50 per return. It is recommended that you return any item to us via recorded delivery to ensure you have proof of delivery.

Whenever you return an item ensure that it is securly parcelled and include a copy of the origional delivery note with clear instructions as to what action you would like us to take.
