All orders are sent via City Link, UK Mail or Royal Mail parcel post and once an order is despatched it normally arrives within 4 working days (UK) and within 14 working days all other destinations.

* During the distruptions cause by the Royal Mail strikes we will endeavour to keep any delays to a minimum by using alternative shipping carriers.

The cost of shipping is as follows:

FREE - UK only on all orders over £10.00

£1.60 - All orders under £10.00

£5.50 - Republic Ireland

£15.00 - Europe and all other countries

Please always allow at least 14 working days for your order to arrive as occasionally delays can occur once an order has been despatched, which is beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within the time period detailed above then please check with your local Royal Mail postal depot or relevant international postal service to see if it is waiting for collection before contacting us.
